When they arrived at Kalalau Beach, crews found 44-year-old and 45-year-old visitors complaining of an alleged ankle injury and alleged heatstroke.

County: All residential trash not collected earlier this week to be picked up this morning

Kauaʻi nonprofit urges public meeting about dumping of treated sewage near Lydgate Beach Park

The Hawaiʻi State Department of Health is accepting written public comment until July 26 about its recommendation to renew a dumping permit to the Wailua Wastewater Treatment Plant.
